Nature Embodied in The Company of Horses

Join Amanda Graham and Jenna Little for a morning retreat exploring Nature Embodied in The Company of Horses along with yoga, community, and self-discovery. Nature offers an abundance of connection, nourishment and self-reflection. Come explore various ways of connecting back home to yourself. This is open to any and all who are curious around holistic integrative experiences. The group will be limited to 12 participants. A nourishing lunch on the farm will be included as well as a yoga practice, a community circle, time with the horses, self reflection/guided journaling all outside in nature.  Dress in comfortable layers that allow for movement. Please bring your journal and pen, yoga mat, water and other supportive props for a morning outside.
