Herd Meditation
Amanda Graham has taught and practiced meditation for more than 20 years, and she brings this powerful practice to a unique experience with the herd at Unbridled Way Farm.

Following a guided meditation under the trees, the small group moves out in silence for a period of walking meditation, in the pasture with the horses.
People are invited to interact with the horses, or simply observe and explore the rest of the space, with curiosity and openness.
As prey animals, horses are always mindfully aware of their surroundings. They have survived for thousands of years in the wild by noticing the slightest shift in their environment.
There is a lot we can learn from being in their presence. As we connect with them, our heart rate slows, our breathing deepens and the flurry of activity that occupies our brains begins to quiet.
Facilitators close the session with a brief discussion of experiences for those who want to share.

Take a pause to listen, and just be. Allow your wisdom to naturally emerge while you take this afternoon to unplug, restore and reconnect with yourself and what matters most.
