Return to Yourself | A Fire Horse Retreat for Women

The Year of the Fire Horse is a rare invitation - a time of courage, curiosity, transformation, and bold movement toward what matters most.

Many women have built lives filled with responsibility, accomplishment, and care for others, yet still sense that something essential is calling them forward. Beneath the demands of daily life, a restless spirit may be longing for greater authenticity, freedom, purpose, or joy.

This retreat is for women who find themselves at a threshold - feeling called toward something more authentic, more alive, and more aligned with who they truly are.

Together, we will explore what it means to Return to Ourselves - not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who we have always been.

Come spend a day with horses, nature, and a circle of women as we explore the courage of the Fire Horse through:

• Facilitated experiences with horses exploring the 8 Cs of Self Energy

• The creation of a personal SoulCollage® using images and intuition to discover valued parts of ourselves and aspects of the Divine we may have overlooked

• Mindfulness, meditation, poetry, and quiet reflection

• Guided practices to help transform insight into meaningful steps forward

Join Amanda Graham, LCMHC and founder of Unbridled Way Forward; Jennifer Rousseau, Certified Equine Specialist; and Pat Kosdan, Artist and licensed Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist, for this unique opportunity to slow down, become present, and reconnect with the wisdom that emerges when we listen deeply.

No horse or art experience is necessary.

Lunch, journals, and all retreat materials will be provided.
