Unbridled Compassion for Health Care Workers- Saturday, July 30, 2022, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

The chaos, uncertainty, grief, and loss of the last two years of Covid, social unrest and more recent tragic events, have impacted health care workers in a deeply personal and profound way.  As we have been available to care for others, we have struggled to care for ourselves: to take a break, exhale and allow our senses to restore and reset.

In a serene setting, this half day retreat for health care workers, is an opportunity to connect with self and others, to experience deep letting go and filling up, all in the company of horses and surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Amanda Graham, LCMHC, has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and leading retreats and workshops for more than 20 years. With co-facilitator Jennifer Rousseau, equine specialist, and the Unbridled herd, participants will experience the power of exploring stories as a healing practice, using images and collaboration with the group. Guided meditation, small group discussion, silent walking meditation with the horses, as well as quiet reflection and journaling will round out the day.

Refreshments and complimentary journals will be provided.

Cost for this special event has been discounted from $250 to $150 per person. Space is limited.
